THE SHORT VERSION
Monthly plans start with a free 3-day trial, so you can see Rebound work before you pay anything.
Payments aren’t refundable. That includes renewals, extra credits, and credits or time you didn’t use.
We always put billing mistakes right: double charges, charges after you cancelled, and similar errors.
Your rights under consumer law always apply, whatever this policy says.
Cancel anytime in /account in the bot to stop future payments.
This summary is here to help you find your way. The full policy below is what applies.
1. Try it before you pay
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, and that’s exactly why the free trial exists. Monthly plans start with 3 free days and 1 credit, so you can boost a shot, watch the community show up and decide for yourself before your first payment.
If Rebound isn’t for you, cancel before the trial ends in /account in the bot and you won’t be charged. The trial is available once per person.
2. What isn’t refundable
Once a payment is made, it isn’t refundable, including:
the first payment after your trial ends;
automatic renewals of any plan: monthly, 3 months, 6 months or yearly;
plans with longer billing periods, which are charged in full when they start;
extra credits you buy;
credits you didn’t use, and time left in a period after you cancel or change plans;
payments for a membership that was removed for breaking our Terms of Service.
Credits have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money.
3. When we do refund
Mistakes happen, and when they’re ours or our payment provider’s, we fix them. We’ll refund you in full when:
you were charged twice for the same thing;
you were charged after you had cancelled, for a period you didn’t ask for;
you paid while your membership was removed, so you couldn’t use what you paid for;
you paid on our website but, because of a problem on our side, we couldn’t connect your payment to your account in the bot;
we close Rebound, or remove you without you having broken our Terms. In that case we refund the unused part of your current paid period.
Anything else that looks wrong with a charge? Write to us. We look at every case, and if something went wrong on our side, we’ll make it right.
4. Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of your first payment. If you use it, we’ll refund your payment minus the value of the service you’ve already received, such as boosts you’ve used.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in /account in the Rebound bot. Cancelling stops your next payment. You keep your access and your credits until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you can change your mind with Reactivate until then.
Cancelling doesn’t refund the period you’re in. When your membership ends, extra credits you bought stay on your account in case you come back.
6. How to ask for a refund
Write to support@rebound.design, or send us a message with /feedback in the bot. Please include:
your Telegram username or Dribbble profile;
the date and amount of the payment;
what went wrong.
Refunds are paid through Whop, our merchant of record, back to the payment method you used. Your bank may take a few business days to show the money.
7. Before you dispute a charge
If something’s wrong with a payment, please talk to us before you contact your bank. We can usually fix billing problems much faster than a bank dispute can, and we’ll always explain what happened.
Something wrong with a charge?
Write to support@rebound.design with your Telegram username and the payment date. We’ll look into it and get back to you.
